(hereinafter referred to only as the “
Company”)
organizing an Daito-ryu Aiki-jujutsu martial art training and sports event, designated
“International Daito-ryu Aiki-jujutsu seminar” organized from 28th of April to 4th of May 2020 in Bratislava (hereinafter
referred to only as the “
Event”),
hereby informs You in compliance with article 13 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679
of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing
of personal data and the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)
(hereinafter referred to as “
Regulation“)
and in compliance with § 19 of the Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on personal data
protection and on changes and amendments of particular acts (hereinafter referred to as the “
Act”),
that the Company will
process Your personal data acquired by completion of the above stated registration form located on the web site
www.aiki.sk/seminar_daitoryu_en (hereinafter referred to as the “
Form”),
for the purposes of organization of the Event, registration and enabling of Your participation on the Event including internal
administration of Your participation on the Event as well as transmission of information related to organization of the Event and
Your participation on the Event.
The legal ground for processing of personal data filled into the Form is performance of a contract concluded by and between
You and the Company by filling of the Form and its sending to the Company throughout the “register” button located on the above
stated web site, whereas the subject-matter of such contract is organization of the Event and enabling of Your participation on
the Event (hereinafter referred to as the “
Contract”).
Following Your participation on the Event
Your personal data in the extent of name, surname, phone number, and e-mail
can be further processed by the Company also for the purposes of other events participation offers
for other events like the Event, or for proposals of other related services provided by the Company.
The legal ground for such
personal data processing are legitimate interests pursued by the Company.
The Company also informs You that Your personal data filled in the Form can be handled to the third parties, for the purposes
organization of the Event, registration and enabling of Your participation on the Event, in particular to owner and administrator
of the premises in that the Event will take place, in order to ensure entry permit, to the administrative authorities in compliance
with the applicable laws, eventually also for other purposes, if it will be appropriate and required for fulfillment of statutory
obligations of the Company or in relation to the legitimate interest of the Company, however not longer than it is necessary.
Your personal data filled in the Form will be processed until the end of the Event and within the necessarily required extent also
after end of the Event, for the period stipulated by the applicable legal acts or for the period necessarily required for the
legitimate interests of the Company.
The Company further informs You in relation to processing of Your personal data filled in the Form that You have the following rights,
arising from the applicable legal acts governing personal data protection::
- the right to require an access to Your personal data from the Company;
- the right to require rectification, erasure or restriction of data processing (if it is not in contrary with the applicable legal acts or legitimate interests of the Company);
- the right to object against processing of Your personal data;
- the right to portability of Your personal data yielded to the Company, provided that the personal data processing is carried out by automated means;
- the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if You assume Your rights governed by applicable legal acts has been breached.

And at the same time as the data subject, I confirm that:
- the consent with processing of personal data provided in the scope above was not forced or made as conditional with a threat of
rejecting the contractual relation from the Company and I was entitled to refuse to grant the consent with processing of personal data;
- I was informed that at any time I shall have the right to access my personal data, the right to rectify my personal data if
the data is incomplete or inaccurate, the right to restrict the processing of personal data (if such restriction is legally justified),
the right to transmit the data to another controller, the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority for data protection
and the right to withdraw my consent with processing of personal data at any time, any and all of such rights by sending of email

- I was informed that my personal data could be transferred to third parties for the purposes of for the purpose of preparation and
use of marketing materials for presentation of Company, particularly to the marketing agency and other persons involved in the preparation
of the marketing materials and also for any other purpose if applicable and needed for complying with the legal obligation of the Company
or in connection with the legitimate interest of the Company, but no longer than necessary.
- the identification data that I provided, corresponds with reality, and they are complete, authentic and accurate.
The Company undertakes that the personal data of the data subject will not be used in conflict with the generally binding legal
regulation, in particular, it will not provide the data subject’s personal data to the third parties without the prior consent
of the data subject, except the cases when obligation to disclose personal data is required by law (e.g. criminal proceedings,
tax proceedings, etc.).
